A workshop that helps professionals pitch, present and speak up with more presence - by separating identity from outcome, understanding what actually triggers confidence to vanish under pressure, and practising the physical and mental habits that allow you to act with courage.
An experiential workshop
This isn't a lecture about confidence.
Participants try things, notice what happens and experiment with different ways of showing up.
Through guided reflection, physical exercises, communication experiments and practical coaching tools, participants leave with a greater understanding of their own confidence patterns - and strategies they can use immediately.
